In the workshop ‘Fabulous and funny’ Ada Campe invites you to (re)build your character.
Discover the wonderful world of comedy.
Explore physicality, movement, and stagecraft.
Enjoy practical exercises as a group and individually.
Get tools to develop your Cabaret persona to bring you and your audiences joy!
Make sure to bring a notebook or something to write on.
Wear comfortable clothes for moving and stretching in.
Feel free to bring a prop or object that your would like to try working with.

Ada Campe/Naomi Paxton
Dr Naomi Paxton (UK) is a trained performer, published writer, confident MC, creative speaker, skilled teacher and award winning researcher.
She taught practical drama at the University of Manchester, and regularly teaches character comedy workshops at London Academy.
This multitalented lady also performs professionally across a range of genres including comedy, cabaret, magic and variety shows as her character Ada Campe for audiences of all ages.
Before developing her character Ada Campe she worked as an actor for ten years mostly in theatre, radio and sketch comedy.
The award winning variety artiste Ada Campe combines her expirience, interests and skills in a workshop full of fun, tips and tricks.
